The Har-Ki-Dun trek is one among the most favourite treks in the Garhwal region. The har-ki-dun valley is positioned at the base camp of Fateh Parvat (Altitude 3555 meter). The first point of this journey is sankri village which is a small village and its around 3-hours of drive away from Dehradun. You will most probably will spend your night here

Detailed Itinerary of Har ki Dun Trek:
Day 1:- Arrive at Sankri:
Sankri is a beautiful and small village. A very few Hotels and shops make up the commerce scene in Sankri. In top season, it also includes bustling with trekking pastime as it’s far the basecamp for many kedarkantha treks, Borasu Pass and Bali pass. The sankri village gives a stunning sunset view in the back of the more Himalayas. The Swargarohini peaks of shimmer inside the evening sun, standing tall over the ridges past Sankri.
Day 2:- Sankri to Taluka and then trek to Osla:
After having breakfast at Sankri, we will drive from Sankri to Taluka in a taxi. The starting point of the trek will be taluka. The total distance of the trek is 15 KM is which will take 5-7 hrs. Today, the journey will pass through the lush green valley with a blanket of wild orchids. The path from Taluka village initially descends after which continues regularly on the authentic left side of the valley and adjoining the ruin pass. Later the trail goes via thick forests of walnuts, chinars, willows, chestnuts, chinars and a lot of conifer trees, with a few waterfalls on during the journey and by late afternoon reach Osla village. Osla village is famous for its first-rate structure and the maximum striking structure being the Durtodhana temple topped with a pair of carved peacocks.
Day 3: Trek from Osla to Har-ki-dun
After the breakfast, we will move towards Har-Ki-dun & today the journey pass through thick forests of Govind National Park which is a fantastic mixture of flora & fauna. Govind National park is famous for its wildlife species.
The trek distance is around 12 km and will take around 5-6hrs. Reach the Har Ki Dun campsite by late afternoon. Now, you can enjoy your photography here. Overnight stay in the campsite.
Day 4: Har-ki-dun Exploration Day
Today is the day of exploration day so, those people who wish to revel in the most extraordinary book analyzing session can loosen up within the camp & relaxation can start trek for Jaundhar Glacier (Distance From 4 km) And takes around three to four hours to reach however the view of the glacier magnificent. Jaundhar Glacier trek is honestly on white snow & grass patches, a perfect evaluation to the grass we had been walking onto as we continue our trek to Jaundhar glaciers. After spending a few time, we can get lower back to their har Ki dun campsite. Overnight live in camps.
Day 5: Har-ki-dun to Osla/seema taluka
We will head lower back to the Seema via the identical path ad nowadays the trail is downhill and easy one. Reach Seema base camp.
Day 6:Drive from Seema Taluka to Sankri
Day 7: Back To Dehradun
